5. master the basic principles and methods of radar system and signal processing, skilled in using Matlab for simulation and verification of radar signal processing related algorithms, experience in developing radar algorithms based on FMCW, FSK, LFMSK, 2D-FFT waveform is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for millimeter radar IOT module development.

2. Responsible for WiFi, Bluetooth, ZIGBEE, radar sensor technology and other related hardware solution design, complete from circuit design, layout design, key device selection and evaluation and hardware debugging.

3. Responsible for RF performance debugging, optimization, antenna performance evaluation.

4. Responsible for hardware trial production and mass production issues maintenance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in communication, electronics related majors, with more than 3 years of experience in R&D of communication and electronics industry, experience in IOT smart home products is preferred.

2. Familiar with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be and other related protocols and standards; able to independently complete hardware single board and RF debugging, strong hands-on ability.

3. Skilled in using debugging equipment such as synthesizer, network analyzer, spectrum meter, oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.

4. Skilled in using Candence to draw review schematics and guide PCB layout.

5. Positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, able to think independently and solve problems, good communication and teamwork spirit.

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain close contact with key customer's R&D department personnel to gain in-depth understanding of customer applications and systems, as well as future application trends and directions. Improve the company's sales performance through efficient client-side Design-In, Design-Win.

2. Manage and promote projects with Client Design-In, Design-Win.

3. Pre-sales and post-sales technical support for the client.

4. Act as a technical service window to customers, analyze all kinds of problems occurring during the use of products by customers and solve common application problems.

5. Collect, organize and summarize the main application trends of the client, analyze competitors and products, new product definitions in applications and systems, and provide periodic feedback to the company's sales and marketing department PM.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics. 1 year or above related experience.

2. Familiar with smart lighting (or smart home periphery) is preferred.

3. Good emotional intelligence, able to communicate with different types of people, good at listening, able to accurately extract the real needs and intentions of customers, and have the ability to deal with problems in a comprehensive and integrated manner.
